Summary

To provide administrative/sales/marketing support to the Manager.

Duties and Essential Job Functions

Customer Relations

  • Attend to Auspen phone calls and emails, including customer feedback and order requests.

Supply to Customers

  • Process all orders received.
  • Supervise and be accountable for the correct packing and sending of all orders.
  • Manage receivables.

Maintain inventory

  • Monthly stock take
  • Forecast required stock levels.
  • Be accountable for any difference between physical count and system records of stock.

Marketing

  • Attend conferences as required.
  • Support in recruiting new clients.
  • Maintain and update customers data base.

Research and Development

  • Understand the Auspen company philosophy.
  • Understand Auspen competition.

Reporting

  • Weekly Sales Analysis.
  • Customers analysis.
