Summary
To provide administrative/sales/marketing support to the Manager.
Duties and Essential Job Functions
Customer Relations
- Attend to Auspen phone calls and emails, including customer feedback and order requests.
Supply to Customers
- Process all orders received.
- Supervise and be accountable for the correct packing and sending of all orders.
- Manage receivables.
Maintain inventory
- Monthly stock take
- Forecast required stock levels.
- Be accountable for any difference between physical count and system records of stock.
Marketing
- Attend conferences as required.
- Support in recruiting new clients.
- Maintain and update customers data base.
Research and Development
- Understand the Auspen company philosophy.
- Understand Auspen competition.
Reporting
- Weekly Sales Analysis.
- Customers analysis.
